| Halloween Fright Oct 31st 2006 Stats * Gallery * Comment The much anticipated match turned into an ugly game to say the least. 2004 executed its strategy to perfection. Kenny and Victor played great defense on Chi and Kevin, limiting Demolition's dynamic duo to just 7 and 6 points respectively. Shi led the Demolition with team high 9 points and Hing chipped in 8 points, but their efforts weren't enough as Ralph and Ricky took over the game in the first half. After leading by 18 points at the half, 2004 milked the clocked and won the game by the score of 55-36. Ricky had 17 points and Ralph added 13 points. This victory helped 2004 clinched the #1 seed in the playoff. Unfortunately, as it stands right now, 2004 will likely face Shogunz in the 1st round, and worst yet, 2004 will be playing without Ricky Kim and Victor Chow. As a member of 2004, I hope we can advance to the 2nd round. It won't be easy, but I have faith! |

| Johnson Scored 45 Points Oct 31st 2006 Part of reason that no one wants to play Shogunz in the playoff is because of this man -- Johnson Lam. The shaved-headed Johnson was magnificent again, as he single-handedly stretched the lead to 20 points and poured in 26 points in the first half. He finished with 45 points and knocked down Dino Raja to 2nd seed. Next week, Shogunz will play Aza Aza, the worst team in the league. By winning that game, Shogunz will have clinched the playoff and faced off against 2004, the team that once trailed Shogunz by 17 points. Their confidence must be way up right now. |
